Marjorie serves as the First Grade and Lead Spanish Teacher at MLCA. With her dedicated teaching experience and a certification in Spanish, she specializes in creating an immersive, Christ-centered environment. She has extensive training in working with children with autism, bringing specialized expertise to support diverse learning needs. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord." She is passionate about the unique "lightbulb moments" that happen in first grade and is dedicated to nurturing each student's academic and spiritual development through bilingualism. Deuteronomy 32:2 "Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew... like abundant rain on tender plants."

Isaiah Landon serves as Chief Executive Officer of Marc Landon Christian Academy, where he leads the school's strategic vision and operational excellence. Under his leadership, MLCA has achieved a 15% increase in student enrollment and significant improvements in operational efficiency. Isaiah brings extensive expertise in crisis management and school safety, having previously served as Incident Management Leader where he developed comprehensive emergency response protocols and safety procedures. He also oversees the athletic department, ensuring students develop physical fitness alongside spiritual and academic growth. As a preschool teacher, Isaiah creates engaging, Christ-centered learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual development in young learners. His commitment to integrating Biblical principles throughout all aspects of school life reflects his dedication to nurturing the whole child. Isaiah holds multiple certifications including CPR/First Aid, AED, and Certified Emergency Manager, and is a graduate of South West High School where he was an Honors Scholar.

Diane Wilson brings over 25 years of combined experience in child welfare, public education, and leadership to her role as Dean of Students at MLCA. With 10+ years in the public school system and extensive experience founding and directing Wilson Christian Academy, she has demonstrated a proven track record of creating nurturing educational environments that achieve 95% parent satisfaction. Mrs. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Mississippi State University and a degree in Education from Mary Holmes College. Her background in child protection, crisis intervention, and innovative curriculum development reflects her deep commitment to ensuring every student thrives academically, emotionally, and spiritually in a safe and supportive Christian learning environment.
